Week 4 of the diet, 10lbs down (181lbs). I know guys you've really been wondering how I'm getting on, sorry for leaving you all without answers for so long.
2 things have changed on this cut;
Firstly I appear to have lost my smile, probably the steroids. Secondly shits got real and I've gone down to a 700kcal pizza for lunch
. In these 4 weeks I've gone on holiday, eaten enough Pizza that I now largely talk with my hands and only done cardio 4 times.
Losing weight doesn't have to be mind numbingly boring or crazy restrictive, choose the foods you love and make changes to lower the total calorie intake and push the macros in your favour.
Either that or I'm talking crap and I turned the structure of the photo up
